Tiya’s environmental projects include community engagements, scholarly collaborations, and story work focused around the nexus of land, water, climate, and environmental justice.
Public History Projects
Tiya’s public history projects include research, writing, and digital formats for the purpose of public access to and engagement with meaningful historical questions, places, and people. All of these projects were created in response to community or public requests, in collaboration with community members or students in the classroom, or as part of a grounded exploration of public sites and landscapes.
